Kids crossing

Kids Crossing is our ministry for newborns - 5th grade at CrossPoint. We believe that children are precious gifts from God. We are dedicated to discovering and meeting their needs based solidly in the Word of God so that they may grow as Jesus grew "in wisdom, in stature, and in favor with God and man."

Many opportunities are provided for children to learn more about God and His Word. Bible classes and activities are planned thoughout the year to help bond children with their friends, families, and church family and to develop a greater love for the Lord. CrossPoint is committed to children and families coming to know who God is, the love that He has for each of us, and how to live out that love each and every day!

Weekly gatherings

Come experience the joy that is found in Christ!

Sunday mornings - 10:30 am

Starting October 4th we will begin offering classes for our Children's Ministry. We will have two classes available. Our Pre-K through 1st graders will meet in one room and our 2nd through 5th graders will meet in another.

There are activity packets available at the Kids' Crossing check in desk, make sure you pick one up, especially if your child is in the age bracket that isn't going back to Bible class just yet! Additionally, there is an overflow area available in the Kids' Crossing commons.

Things you need to know:

  • If your child has a runny nose, cough, or fever of 100.0, please stay home and try again the following week. (There will be temperature checks at check-in)
  • Each child will have a carpet square to sit on that will be 6 feet away from their neighbor on all sides. They will also have their own set of supplies.
  • Masks are required.
  • As children enter the Kids' Crossing wing for classes they will be given hand sanitizer.
  • No parents will be allowed entry into the Kids' Crossing hallways. For class dismissal, please line up on the stickers in the Kids' Crossing commons and your children will be called via a walkie talkie once you've arrived to pick them up.
  • Children will be in worship with you until dismissed before the sermon.

Jesus loves His precious children, and we are honored to have the opportunity to tell them about Him!

journey

Due to Covid and social distancing protocols, we are currently meeting for Journey every other week this Fall. We are meeting outside in our parking lot and eating Chick Fil A for dinner followed by a short devotional thought. You can RSVP here. The cost is $4 a person or $12 a family. However, don't let the cost ever deter you for coming to fellowship with your church family.
